This case study examines a B2B website redesign project that implemented a robust global design system, significantly enhancing usability scores. By creating clear component usage and content guidelines for authors, we established a structured approach to using components within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). The initiative involved a comprehensive redesign of existing components, as well as navigation improvements, templates, homepage strategy grounded in extensive research and prototype testing.

47’ x Pratt Institute  

The ‘47 Redesign program provides design students with the chance to reinterpret licensed sportswear. The sports lifestyle and apparel brand '47 teamed up with Pratt Institute to launch the initiative. This partnership was incorporated into Pratt's Deconstruct/Reconstruct course, allowing students to explore innovative reconceptualization within a studio setting.

Engaging Customers: A Strategic Holiday Campaign for Email Acquisition and Lead Generation

Through comprehensive review and analysis of user data, we developed an incentivized campaign encouraging users to sign up for our newsletter, which facilitated effective segmentation for targeted marketing efforts. I led the UX strategy, content strategy, and creative direction, designing custom components that visually displayed a progress meter to motivate users towards earning rewards. This innovative approach not only boosted email subscriptions but also strengthened customer engagement during the holiday season, laying the groundwork for future marketing initiatives.
